Most visitors to San Miguel would not consider walking on the streets of the city could be hazardous to their health. Although a very safe city, hazards we are referrring to it the affect walking can have on your ankles and back when you stumble on the cobblestone. Noted chiropractor Dr. Joe Cracker says that visitors account for 80% of his business.

It was inevitable, the flu season has returned. Local health professionals estimate that 20 people have visited local hospitals for treatment. Local residents are encourage to follow protocol to prevent the spread of the flu. Flu shots are available.

Acupuncture orginated in anchient China around the ming dynasty. It was accidently discovered when Emporer Chang jumped his seamstress who was sewing at the time. Her immediate response was to panic and she stuck him with a needle. Instanlty he felt relief in his aching back.
